Honda’s premium lawn mowers are incomparably durable, high-quality and reliable, and you can rest assured they’re as technologically advanced as they are long lasting. Time, dedication and precision engineering goes into the making of every machine, so you can enjoy the best possible cut every time. Indeed, they’re built to last and come with best-in-class warranties – up to seven years on certain models.

Honda’s lawn mowers are also packed with intuitive features that bring an ease to mowing for gardening enthusiasts, professionals and newcomers alike. Some petrol mowers, for instance, have adjustable handlebars while others offer the unique Versamow™ Selective Mulching System, which allows you to vary between collecting and mulching cuttings for the optimum feed-finish balance for your lawn.

The super quiet Miimo robotic range of mowers, meanwhile, can cut from 400m² up to 4,000m² of grass without any assistance. Some models even have smartphone connectivity that works with Amazon Alexa, so you can set your mowing schedule from the comfort of your sofa. What’s more, when Miimo has finished taking care of your lawn, it automatically takes itself back to its docking station to recharge.

About Tom

About Tom

Set within 120 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, Lullingstone Castle is one of England’s oldest family estates, dating back to the time of Domesday. Tom, a modern-day plant hunter, is heir to the estate and is the 20th generation of the Hart Dykes to live at the castle.

The World Garden is the realisation of Tom’s dream to create a space that would contain all the fantastic plants he has collected during his travels across the globe, while also paying homage to the great plant hunters of the Edwardian and Victorian period.

He commandeered his grandmother’s 18th-century walled garden within Lullingstone Castle’s grounds, to create The World Garden and it opened to the public in 2005. The garden continues to grow year on year, with Tom adding rare and important botanical plants to its collection all the time.

There are countless horticultural delights for visitors to see, smell and touch, including the stinky Hoodia gordonii, the world's most dangerous plant, Dendrocnide moroides and the hottest chilli, the Dorset naga.

Other highlights include a Wollemi pine, one of the oldest and rarest plants dating back to the time of the dinosaurs, and a Eucalyptus morrisbyi, one of the world’s rarest gum trees, which Tom collected in Tasmania in 1999. There’s also a Dahlia ‘Lullingstone Castle’ (still awaiting official recognition), a big, pink-petalled single flower with a yellow centre, which was discovered in the garden in 2009.
