Shandies are back

When it comes to finding flavour inspiration, Cawston Press draws on classic British favourites that stand the test of time, like delicate Elderflower Lemonade and fiery Ginger Beer. That’s what makes this drinks range such a versatile base for a wide variety of recipes, including ice cream floats, berry compotes, cocktails and more.

And, to celebrate the fact that shandies are back, Cawston Press has put together a selction of shandy recipes created in partnership with expert mixologist, Pritesh Mody. The combination of bitter beer and Cawston Press’ sweet, sparkling juice makes for an invigoratingly fresh approach to the shandy.

Discussing the recipes, Pritesh says: “It’s been a pleasure working with Cawston Press’ Sparkling drinks to create these modern, delicious takes on a shandy. The natural ingredients of each flavour shine through and complement the different profiles of the beer for drinks that are fun, but still sophisticated. Enjoy!”
