What you need
220g unsmoked streaky bacon
8 tbsp Nando’s Sweet Chilli Jam
8 large slices sourdough
230g soft cheese, sliced
8 tbsp Nando’s PERinaise
140g rocket, to serve
Let's make it
Step 1
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, then cook the bacon for 2 mins on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and wipe out the pan with kitchen towel.
Step 2
Take four of the sourdough slices and spread each one with 2 tbsp of Nando’s Sweet Chilli Jam, then top with the cooked bacon, brie and the remaining sourdough slices. Spread the top of each sandwich with 1 tbsp of the Nando’s PERinaise.
Step 3
Heat the frying pan over a low-medium heat, then carefully add two sandwiches, PERinaise side-down, and cook for 3 mins. Spread the remaining PERinaise across the top of each sandwich, before carefully turning over and cooking for another 3 mins. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining two sandwiches, then cut each in half and serve with the rocket on the side.
