1st. BBC Good Food healthy diet plan
The majority of our audience plan to adopt a healthier lifestyle in January, with 26% saying they will eat or drink less, 27% exercising more and 47% planning to do both. To support them, BBC Good Food has launched a January Healthy Diet Plan, which has an abundance of delicious recipes, including snacks and plant-based options, to leave you feeling satisfied, energised and happy. It also includes plenty of supporting articles to empower our followers to make positive, long-term changes, as well as a Facebook group where our audience can support each other with tips and advice.
