Dive into incredible entertainment on a Princess cruise

Thanks to Princess Cruises’ MedallionClass holidays, you can spend less time planning and more time making memories with your favourite people

Want a personalised getaway where everything is taken care of for you? With Princess Cruises, you can enjoy the MedallionClass experience from the moment you step on board. It all starts with your wearable Medallion device that allows you to take advantage of everything from touch-free boarding to fast, reliable Wi-Fi and locating your loved ones anywhere on the ship. You can even use it to reserve dining and activities, or get food and drink delivered straight to you, so you never have to wait in line.

And while the attentive crew is taking care of you, you can immerse yourself in all the unmissable entertainment that’s available on a Princess cruise.

Fun-filled activities

Whether you fancy taking part in a dance class, wandering around an art gallery or visiting one of the state-of-the-art casinos, you’ll find an enormous range of activities to choose from on board. Many of them are designed to bring you closer to your destinations, so you might find yourself hula dancing in Hawaii, learning how to play street pan drums in the Caribbean or watching mariachis on deck in Mexico.

If you’re looking for something a little more relaxing, you could treat yourself to a wine tasting or head to a culinary demonstration, where you’ll learn how to prepare some of the gourmet dishes served on board. And of course, nothing beats Movies Under the Stars® on the top deck, where you can watch feature films, thrilling concerts and even major sporting events in a giant poolside movie theatre.

First-class live shows

Each ship offers a whole calendar of memorable performances by international musicians and top comedians too, as well as live versions of popular game shows, such as Deal or No Deal and The Voice. Princess Cruises also produces its own selection of Broadway-style shows, which wow audiences every night with dazzling stage sets, costumes and musical scores.

Spotlight Bar, for instance, will transport you to a vibrant pub setting with storytellers who share tales of their colourful lives through song, while Rock Opera has a unique rock, opera and musical theatre soundtrack that’s sung in English, Spanish and Latin – plus American sign language! You won’t want to miss Magic to Do either, which is the first of four Princess musicals created in partnership with Stephen Schwartz, the award-winning composer of Wicked, Godspell and Pippin.

A whole new world

If all that wasn’t enough, there’s also a brand-new selection of entertainment now available exclusively on the newest ship, Sun Princess. Made in partnership with The Magic Castle™, an exclusive club for magicians, Spellbound is a Victorian-themed bar that features mind-bending magic shows, themed rooms and theatrical cocktails served with sleight of hand. Meanwhile, The Dome on the top deck is a pool by day and a stage by night, showcasing acrobatic performances produced in collaboration with the renowned Cirque Éloize.

The top deck of Sun Princess will also be home to Park19 – an all-new family zone with nine engaging activities for everyone to enjoy. You’ll find various climbing structures, a splash zone, a relaxing hammock area and the exhilarating Sea Breeze, which is the first ever Rollglider (an aerial roller coaster zip line) on a cruise ship. Designed to let you live your hang gliding dreams in a safe environment, it offers panoramic views of the ocean and your destinations.
