Toffee & pretzel rocky road

These rocky roads are a great on-the-go snack and require very little effort to make! What’s not to love?
150g unsalted butter
120g dark chocolate, broken into squares
120g milk chocolate broken into squares
150g digestive biscuits
50g Werther’s Original Creamy Toffees, chopped into small pieces
50g mini marshmallows
1. Line a 20cm x 30cm baking tin with baking parchment, then place the digestive biscuits in a freezer bag and bash with a rolling pin – alternatively, blitz in a food processor. Melt the butter and chocolate in a large bowl in 30 sec bursts in the microwave. Once fully melted, stir in the biscuits, Werther’s Original Creamy Toffees, pretzels and marshmallows until fully combined, then spoon the mixture into the tin and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 8 rectangles and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
