Ingredients

  • 50ml Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale Distilled Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • champagne or any sparkling wine, to top up
  • twist of lemon peel, to garnish

Method

Add the Blackcurrant Royale, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker, then fill with ice. Shake well, then double strain into a coupette glass. Top up with the champagne or sparkling wine, then garnish with a twist of lemon peel to serve.
