Floral and fruity gin and tonic

Capture the spirit of summer in a glass. This floral and fruity gin and tonic is best made with handcrafted gin, and Wales is becoming increasingly renowned for producing award-winning gins

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 50ml gin
  • Fresh fruit - strawberries, blueberries and lemons
  • Tonic water
  • Fresh edible flowers - borage and pansies

Method

1.  Pack a chilled balloon glass with ice cubes.

2.  Pour the gin over the ice cubes and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

3.  Top with the tonic water and garnish with strawberries, blueberries, lemon slices and flowers.
