Full T&Cs for the nominate your Host with the Most competition

1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (company number 06189487), 44 Brook Green, Hammersmith, London, W6 7BT.

2. The BBC Code of Conduct for competitions can be found at https://www.bbc.com/editorialguidelines/guidance/code-of-conduct and all BBC magazines comply with the Code.

3. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.

4. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31st December 2023. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.

5. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:

a. to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
b. that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.

6. Entrants should enter by submitting a providing a short story (maximum of 300 characters) to nominate their “Host with the Most” at Christmas. The winning entrants will be the first five entries drawn at random from all the valid entries after the closing date.

7. Entrants must supply to Immediate their full name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy.

8. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

9. Five winners will each receive a £200 Morrisons e-voucher.

10. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry. By submitting your nomination, you:

a. agree that the Promoter may make your nomination available to view on this website (the “Website”) at any time; and
b. hereby grant the Promoter, its agents and partners and Morrisons a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in your nomination, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence your nomination (alongside your first name) on any channels (including their websites and social media channels) in connection with “The Host with the Most” campaign.

The Promoter is under no obligation to feature your entry on the Website or in any other format.

11. The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winners with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.

12. The winners will be notified within seven days of the close of the promotion by email. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 48 hours of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.

13. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.

14. The surname and county of residence of the winners will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Morrisons competition, 44 Brook Green, Hammersmith, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.

17. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winners arising from their acceptance of a prize.

18. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
