Asian beef Yorkshires

Experience the Yorkshire pudding like never before with this zingy Asian-inspired recipe!

Ingredients

  • 8 Aunt Bessie’s Glorious Golden Yorkshires
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 150g sprouts, finely shredded
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • leftover roast beef
  • small bunch of fresh coriander, chopped

Method

1.  Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Add the Aunt Bessie’s Glorious Golden Yorkshires to a Yorkshire pudding tin and cook for 5 mins. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all the ingredients apart from the beef and coriander together and set aside.

2.  Once the Yorkshires are cooked, allow to cool slightly, then fill with the mixed ingredients. Top with slices of the leftover roast beef and garnish with coriander.
