Christmas leftover wrap

Keep the festive flavours coming with these delicious wraps – they’re the perfect way to use up all your Christmas dinner leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 4 Aunt Bessie’s Giant Yorkshires
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 little gem lettuce
  • 200g turkey
  • 8 pigs in blankets
  • 100g stuffing, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp mustard mayonnaise
  • chilli flakes, to serve

Method

1.  Heat the oven to 200C/180 C fan/gas 6, then place the Aunt Bessie’s Giant Yorkshires on a baking tray and cook for 9 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

2.  Once cooled, add 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce onto each Yorkshire, then divide the lettuce, turkey, pigs in blankets and stuffing, equally between them. Top with a little mustard mayo, freshly ground black pepper and chilli flakes.
