Steak Yorkshires with crème fraiche

Ingredients

  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 8 Aunt Bessie’s Bake at Home Yorkshires
  • 50g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish cream
  • watercress, to serve

Method

1.  Heat the oven to 220C/200 C fan/gas 7. Trim the fat off the sirloin steaks, then cut them into thin strips and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top of each the Aunt Bessie’s Bake at Home Yorkshires with a strip of steak, then arrange in a Yorkshire pudding tin and cook for 20-25 mins.

2.  Meanwhile, mix together the crème fraiche and horseradish cream. Once the Yorkshires are cooked, add a dollop of the cream mixture and sprinkle over some watercress.
