Christmas leftover wrap

1. Heat the oven to 200C/180 C fan/gas 6, then place the Aunt Bessie’s Giant Yorkshires on a baking tray and cook for 9 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
2. Once cooled, add 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce onto each Yorkshire, then divide the lettuce, turkey, pigs in blankets and stuffing, equally between them. Top with a little mustard mayo, freshly ground black pepper and chilli flakes.
