What is an Enhanced Solus?

An Enhanced Solus is a bespoke commercial email targeted to users of a specific brand(s). These are built using HTML and CSS and comprise of text and imagery (jpg, png, gif). All emails, except those for Delicious (which uses MailChimp), are sent via a mailing system called Adestra. Click here for full information and guideline

All solus emails should be short and concise with a clear message and call to action

All solus emails should be mobile-first as the majority of users will view them via handheld devices

Although there are no set layouts for Enhanced Solus emails we suggest either a single-column layout, two-column layout or a combination of the two, as these work better from a responsive perspective
