The Yorkshire pudding is surprisingly versatile, and this recipe proves it! Serve with an extra helping of hoisin sauce for even more flavour

Ingredients

  • 765g confit duck, fat discarded
  • 4 Aunt Bessie’s Giant Yorkshires
  • ½ cucumber, cut into matches
  • 2 spring onions, shredded
  • hoisin sauce

Method

1.  Heat the oven to 220C/200 C fan/gas 6. Place the duck onto a roasting tray and cook for 20-30 mins until crisp. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to rest. Meanwhile, place the Aunt Bessie’s Giant Yorkshires on a baking tray and cook for 9 mins.

2.  Once rested, shred the duck and add to the cooked Yorkshires once they’re not too hot to touch. Top with some cucumber, spring onion and a drizzle of hoisin sauce. Roll up to serve.
