Smoked salmon Yorkshires

This quick and easy recipe gives a classic canapé a tasty twist that takes it to the next level

Ingredients

  • 8 Aunt Bessie’s Glorious Golden Yorkshires
  • 150g crème fraîche
  • 10 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ½ lemon, juiced and zested
  • 200g smoked salmon

Method

1.  Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Add the Aunt Bessie’s Glorious Golden Yorkshires to a Yorkshire pudding tin and cook for 5 mins. In a bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, half of the dill, capers and the lemon juice. Once cooked, remove the Yorkshires from the oven and allow to cool.

2.  Add a dollop of the crème fraiche mixture to each Yorkshire and top with a curl of smoked salmon, a sprig of dill and a little lemon zest.
