• 225g white, wholewheat or gluten-free pasta
• 435ml cold water or hot stock
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 75g frozen sweetcorn
• 75g frozen peas
• 4 chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
• handful of fresh herbs e.g. basil or flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped, to serve
• 15-25g cheese e.g. parmesan, pecorino or cheddar, grated, to serve
Step 1
Add the pasta to the Cooking Pot, then add the cold water or hot stock, along with the oil, and stir until combined. Mix through the sweetcorn and peas, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a bowl, coat the chicken with the Italian seasoning. Transfer to the Cook & Crisp tray in the top position (follow the recommended heights and weights for best results).
Step 3
Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch up to Rapid Cooker mode. Select Speedi Meals and set the temperature to 190C. Cook for 10-15 mins. Divide the contents of the Ninja Speedi between four bowls and top with the fresh herbs and cheese, if you like.
